Last year’s pilgrim by the name of Mike Dworecki was struck with cancer and I heard from our Faithful Admiral that he is doing well and is almost fully healed. Some believe in miracles I personally rely on them. Prayer and Thanksgiving run 24/7 at the Burger house and when it doesn’t all things seem to run amuck. Don’t take prayer for granted it’s not automatic, you need to talk to GOD for them to work. An older Priest friend once told me that the Our father.., Hail Mary.., and Glory be.., will get you by for the day, and I also added the Guardian Angel.., for extra incentives and guidance. When you Fast it give you the added advantage to hear or see GODS WILL and your choice to act on it. We still need a Scribe to fill the slate of officers it is a pretty easy job now and all you need is a little of dictation skills the job is pretty automated any more, maybe some past Faithful Navigators would take a go at it, We would be honored with your input. Only two more newsletters left in my administration and again, it has been a great honor to serve as Faithful Navigator. I don’t plan to fade away like my predecessors but will place my efforts in the upcoming exemplification and the St. Rose Chapel Project here in Plymouth. The 4^th Degree needs all of our support and focus on the Senior view of life’s curve balls and learned wisdom need not be lost due to the passing of time. RESOLUTIONS TO BE VOTED ON AT THE JULY 1, 2010 MEETING

Be It resolved that the Father Julius A. Nieuwland Assembly appropriate $1,000.00 for special events to take place during the years 2010 and 2011 under the guidance of the Faithful Navigator and the assembly officers.

Be it resolved that the Father Julius A. Nieuwland Assembly appropriate $500.00 maximum for the purchase of Catholic scouting medals for Saint Joseph County during the years 2010 and 2011 with proper invoice.

Be it resolved that the Father Julius A. Nieuwland Assembly appropriate $750 maximum for plaques for the Inner City Catholic League’s first place winners during the years 2007,2009,2010 with proper invoice.
